Library Management / Sales Viewings Support:

Supply updated CVs and narrative bios for publication to the gallery's website, and manage uploading on a timely basis.

Work with interns to manage and assist on projects

Prior experience interning at or working in art galleries is a plus

Strong relationship skills and an ability to forge positive relationships with staff across departments

2 to 3 years of experience in a direct marketing related role, preferably with both online and offline channel experience

Manage library of design publications and research documents

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple assignments with shifting priorities

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

Organize executives’ public-facing initiatives such as social media, conferences, presentations and interviews
