• Professional certification in Planning or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in planning and development of residential land
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and laws related to land development
• Knowledge of construction and engineering principles
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Knowledge of environmental regulations
• Knowledge of zoning and land use regulations
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in planning and development of residential land
