Job Description The NCH Pharmacy Operations Director is responsible for the overall management and operations of the NCH Pharmacy. This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of pharmacy services, managing the pharmacy staff, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills

• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and related products
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate staff

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
• Current pharmacy license in the state of practice
• Certification in pharmacy operations or related field
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and processes
• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and related products
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of medical coding and billing
Job Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
• Experience in managing and motivating staff
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies
• Experience in analyzing data and making decisions
Job Responsibilities
