: Responsible for supervision of pharmacy support staff, drivers, and contracted courier services to ensure timely and efficient delivery of medications. They also oversee the utilization, tracking, and management of company assets like infusion pumps, related ancillaries, and delivery vehicles. Furthermore, the operations supervisor assists the Purchasing Team in managing our comprehensive inventory, which includes tasks such as receiving inventory into stock, and maintaining inventory accuracy within computer systems. About the Role : A vital Pharmacy Operation Supervisor position for our intravenous infusion services, primary responsibilities including: Lead, schedule and train Pharmacy Support Staff and Drivers, creating a productive and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and mutual respect. Strategically schedule patient deliveries and pick-ups to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications. Ensure delivery vehicles are in good condition, scheduling regular service and repairs as needed to ensure vehicle safety and reliability. Regularly collaborate with the Pharmacy Team to identify product requirements, ensuring a seamless supply chain and preventing any service interruptions. Participates with the Branch CQI Team in the assessment of patient care services and identification of service problems that do not reflect the Company's intent. About You : The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: High School Degree or Equivalent Required/ B.S.
