Performs a variety of clerical, administrative and program tasks in support of EOIR personnel security program

Reviews received package to ensure all required documents are completed.

Develops and maintains subject files for security programs and activities at headquarters and the courts.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience with USAccess Credentialing Preferred

Must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent computer skills including basic functions (i.e. cut & paste).

Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Must be able to obtain security clearance for access to classified information or meet the customer’s minimum clearance requirements.

Bachelor's degree, OR 5 years of related experience at the wing level or higher

Perform data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain all customer sponsored billets and quota information.

Provide support for the security awareness and education programs.

Knowledge of applicable security policy, manuals, guidance, etc.

Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
