Security Incidents – Manage investigation and reporting in accordance with DCSA and sponsor requirements.

Security Deliverables Compliance – Responsible for completing contract requirements as they relate to the good standing of security procedures.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Solid interpersonal skills and demonstrable team building skills.

Participates in the management of NCAA compliance surrounding the camps.

Manages the schedule of the prospective student athletes during campus visits.

Solicits, gathers, reviews and edits information on prospective student athletes.

Reviews and edits multi-media clips of prospective student athletes.

Organizes student athlete clips by position.

Develops recruiting boards and communicates with the recruiting position coach on recruiting board adjustments.

Above average time management skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred working knowledge of Government clearance and security requirements.

Identify and track various security processing requirements.

Communicate and coordinate clearance requirements.

1 to 3 years of professional experience in human resources, personnel security, contracts or business operations.

Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
