As a Personnel Security Analyst, you will utilize their substantial experience and independent judgment to provide an effective security program that meets NISPOM, DSS, and corporate security requirements for large scale and complex programs dealing with most NISP agencies. Program Mission…
This program will support the GSA Information Technology mission, providing development and operational support for new and existing legacy mission-enabling applications. Your team on the program will have a direct say in your participation in the design and implementation of a mission-critical application that integrates with other GSA systems and impacts GSA employees and public users, starting at the design phase to include the development, implementation, and maintenance of a technology roadmap.

Responsibilities…
- Onboarding and Reporting – Guide new employees through the security onboarding process and coordinate reporting procedures.
- Visits and Meetings – Managing all processes and procedures ensuring the protection of classified information forecloses its possibility of loss or compromise.
- Security Incidents – Manage investigation and reporting in accordance with DCSA and sponsor requirements.
- Safeguarding – Managing all security processes of Control and Accountability, Storage, Transmission, Reproduction, Disposition and Retention, Disclosure, Destruction, and Construction standards afforded for the protection of classified material and information.
- Security Deliverables Compliance – Responsible for completing contract requirements as they relate to the good standing of security procedures.

- Solid interpersonal skills and demonstrable team building skills.
- Knowledge, experience, and demonstrated ability to successfully enable implementation and mission requirements. Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, or relevant work experience.
- Must be able to communicate both verbally and in written form.
- Ability to maintain and obtain a government clearance.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with all levels in an organization
- Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
- Must be able to use a computer.
- Ability to interact professionally and productively with senior government officials

- Understanding successful Risk Management versus compliance requirements to enable mission success.
- Ability to navigate standard database systems including Salesforce.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Security Incident process regarding Administrative Inquiries and reporting of the security incidents.
Years of Experience: 1+ years of professional related experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Location: Remote within the United States.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
