This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting job interviews, and making hiring decisions. They are also responsible for ensuring that all personnel policies and procedures are followed and that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, they may be responsible for overseeing employee benefits, payroll, and other personnel-related activities. Job Skills Required
