What is Personal Injury Law Firm Receptionist Qualifications?
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
