Engages with the Workday community to remain informed of system enhancements, foundational operation and execution of data management processes.
Demonstrates broad functional and technical knowledge of ERP Solutions, including HR, Payroll, and Finance processes and systems.
Five (5) years of experience leading Human Resources Technology Platforms.
Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables in collaboration with key stakeholders across all functions (HR, Finance, IT).
Work environment is a professional office environment with typical office requirements such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of interdependencies of different functional areas and systems.

The People Solutions Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the organization’s people solutions, including but not limited to: employee engagement, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development. The People Solutions Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing the organization’s people analytics, including but not limited to: workforce planning, employee retention, and employee engagement.
