They also manage employee records, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, they may provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on a variety of HR-related topics. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least three years of experience in a human resources role
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR or SPHR) is preferred

• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes

• At least three years of experience in a human resources role
