Conducts the data entry and information updates for the regular payroll routines in partnership with the finance organization.
Experience working with applications such as Cornerstone, ADP, Web Benefits Design(WBD)/Optavise and Hire Right, will also be plus.
Delivers superior employee experience ensuring inquiries are addressed timely and effectively.
Ensures data integrity and fidelity between the three platforms in place:global HRIS, benefits, and payroll.
Coordinates with the U.S. employee’s benefits advisor / broker for stewardship, benefit renewal and open enrolment meetings.
