The People and Culture Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture department. The People and Culture Operations Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent
• Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Developing and delivering training programs to ensure employees are knowledgeable and up-to-date on policies and procedures
• Managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to support the organization’s goals and objectives
• Analyzing and reporting on employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Working with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
