Act as resident manager for the MIT employees handing questions and issues that may arise.
Coordinate and manage employee recognition programs
Further duties not currently listed in this outline may be added at the manager’s discretion.
The P&C Coordinator is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering the People & Culture Office.
Coordinate arrival for new employees which includes uniform fitting, hotel reservation, training plan and orientation.
Prepare all hotel bulletin boards and ensure information is updated

Detailed Job Description The People and Culture Champion is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, as well as creating a culture of engagement and collaboration. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, onboarding and training programs, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives. The People and Culture Champion is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors, and for providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Job Qualifications

• Professional Human Resources certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
