People Analytics Coordinator Jobs in Texas

Education, Experience and Required Skills

3+ years of experience in either Analytics or Financial Analysis.

College degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar

Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Restaurant industry preferred but not required

Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar visualization tool preferred

You can easily communicate statistical analyses and results, along with implications, to technical and non-technical audiences

6 – 7 years of experience in an analytics role

4 years of related experience in Human Resources is preferred

Advanced knowledge with Excel; Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI

Experience in building self-service dashboards

A team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong sense of attention to detail

Excellent storytelling skills, coupled with business acumen with the ability to understand and know your audience

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Broad knowledge of human resources, benefits and general administrative responsibilities.

Management of People Team offices within eXp World (Office Placement, updates to banners, etc.).

2+ years of HR and Benefits experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education and experience

Achieve a good understanding of eXp’s policies, procedures and benefits to be able to respond to and support employee inquiries.
