The HR People Analytics Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s people strategies and objectives.
• Utilizing data to identify trends, develop insights, and recommend solutions to improve the effectiveness of the organization’s people strategies.
• Developing and maintaining data models and dashboards to track and monitor key performance indicators.
• Working with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve the organization’s people strategies.
• Analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
• Developing and delivering presentations to stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and understanding of the organization’s people strategies.
