Lead the year-end payroll processes; coordinate payroll and benefit activities within team

Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members; provide feedback to leadership on abilities of team

Advanced payroll certification preferred (CPP, GPM, etc.)

Advanced skills in using a variety of payroll and HR systems

Leverage long-standing relationships and depth of knowledge within the Government and customer asset management communities.

Develop and prepare metrics and related reports using Visual Management techniques and analyze metric data to enhance current processes.

Requires broad functional knowledge and experience within the Aerospace Administrative, Engineering, and Integrated Supply Chain organizations.

Handle the administrative / operational leadership of a government services project within program guidelines established by the Program Manager.

Establish unit objectives, work plans, schedules, and ensure resources are available for completion of established requirements and assignments.

Must have at least 2 years of professional experience in a supervisory role.

A High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience can be substituted for advanced education.

Requires knowledge of Electro/static discharge measurement and controls.

Must have experience leading teams.

Conduct electrostatic testing of chairs, workbenches, and ESD wrist straps.

Conduct air quality tests for airborne particulates using specialized equipment on a moment's notice.

Test and record the results of air flow in clean hoods, explosive proof hoods, and paint spray booths.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Continuously driving improvements, automation, communication, and education to increase quality, improve employee experience, and enable rapid scaling

Knowledge of payroll concepts with an understanding of payroll regulations and governmental reporting requirements in the US and Canada

Defining requirements and configuration options for payroll, time reporting, and financial interfaces

Advanced analytical, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Strong leadership skills and desire to coach and develop others
