Payroll Hris Analyst Jobs in Oregon

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

At least 2-4 years' direct payroll operations and payroll tax-related experience in Canada

Two additional years of experience in lieu of a degree

Sophisticated Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, and Payroll Software experience

ADP GlobalView and TimeTrack experience

Payroll experience working with a company that has 10,000 + employees

Project management skills and strong ability to prioritize

Minimum 3 years Workday functional configuration experience (Core HCM, learning, performance, recruiting, benefits), preferably within an internal corporate environment

Strong process building skills with a proven ability to collect, organize, document, and analyze requirements to produce effective solutions

Analytical skills with the ability to resolve a wide variety of complex issues or problems

A high degree of personal integrity and maturity including the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information

Detail-oriented, highly organized, responsive, and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
