Payroll Data Entry Clerk Jobs in Texas

Excellent organization skills, time management and prioritization abilities.

Must have good customer services and overall understanding of accounting, exposure to management reporting systems.

Previous payroll experience is preferred.

Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.

Ability for decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

2+ years of experience as an HR Data Entry Clerk or a similar role

Working knowledge of [preferred database management tools] DocuWare, Paylocity

Data Entry for new hires/rehires, I-9’s validation, emergency contact information, Direct Deposit, W4’s

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Quick typing skills and computer savvy

Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance

Previous payroll software experience a plus

Skills to operate standard office equipment including use of computer applications

Accurate calculations and data entry required

Ensure that the W4 form is complete and accurate before entering in E Finance.

Ensure state and local days are entered in E Finance in accordance with schedule and if applicable.
