Enter and reconcile credit card transactions

Entering Journal Entries as needed

Manage invoicing portal setup and access

Manage internal controls and ensure team is effectively operating under established protocols and procedures

5+ years of relevant experience required, manufacturing experience a plus

Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including accrual accounting

Daily coordination and back-up of strategic account billing & collections

Facilitate manufacturing center and customer issues
