Payments Specialist Jobs in Utah

Assist management with an audit of existing reports, financial statements, and procedural documents

Assist management with building procedural collateral including process documents, guides, PowerPoints, etc. through observation, documentation, and revision

Knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs and interact at all levels of the business

Prepare PowerPoint presentations related to Payment Services Team activities

Assist Payment Services Team with ad hoc projects, as needed

10+ years of product management experience, preferably in a FinTech, Payments, e-commerce, or marketplace startups

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills, with ability to take initiative and build strong, positive relationships

You will lead all aspects of the newly formed Payments program to help Upside process Users’ payments through the app

Build and update the appropriate documentation and/or reporting to maintain alignment across all partners (e.g., PRDs, Product Roadmap, etc.)

Coordinate and run sound experiments to test and validate hypotheses

7+ years of product leadership inclusive of growing product teams

Account Management experience preferred, but not required
