Payments Specialist Jobs in New York

10+ years of product management experience, preferably in a FinTech, Payments, e-commerce, or marketplace startups

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills, with ability to take initiative and build strong, positive relationships

You will lead all aspects of the newly formed Payments program to help Upside process Users’ payments through the app

Build and update the appropriate documentation and/or reporting to maintain alignment across all partners (e.g., PRDs, Product Roadmap, etc.)

Coordinate and run sound experiments to test and validate hypotheses

7+ years of product leadership inclusive of growing product teams

Progressive people management, with experience building and developing high-performing teams.

Hire, and develop a varied, globally-based team, including managers and ICs and communicate mission and goals with transparency

Experience leading dispute mediation and escalation support teams, preferably in the two-sided marketplace/payments/FinTech space.

Experience building and following new and often innovative strategies that directly connect important initiatives to measurable results.

Define roadmap strategies and plans including measurable outcomes that may be incorporated into annual Operating Plans.

You will own operational relationships with external payment partners; ensure accountability for any contractual clauses about support procedures and expectations.
