Overview Patient Services Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. They are the first point of contact for patients and are responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, collecting payments, and providing general information about the practice. They must be able to answer questions about the practice, its services, and its policies. They must also be able to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
