Patient Safety Coordinator Jobs in Colorado

Direct and recent experience in postmarketing pharmacovigilance and vendor management of outsourced PV activities.

Collaborate with Tolmar departments (e.g., Regulatory, Clinical, QA, and Legal), as required. Provide Tolmar management with safety- related information, as needed.

ICSR and aggregate safety reports management oversight for Business Partners and contracted services.

Demonstrated competencies in international GVP and vendor management.

Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).

Direct knowledge of national and international PV regulations and requirements.

Ability to work with all construction groups – management, owners, trades and subcontractors

3+ years’ experience managing safety efforts of large healthcare or commercial projects

Ability to manage/administer safety orientations, oversee substance abuse program, investigate/report on injuries/illnesses/near misses and perform other various safety functions on-site

Excellent communication, organization, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Oversee issuance of new hire safety documents and lead the immersion of new employees and subcontractors into the McCarthy safety culture

Maintain project OSHA 300 log of injuries/illnesses, investigating all reports and coordinating corrective measures
