Patient Care Hospice Aide Jobs in Oklahoma

Must maintain annual competency evaluation scores as determined by regulatory requirements. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

Fulfill agency responsibilities by completing all required forms accurately and in a timely manner.

One (1) year experience - Preferred.

Participate in all required agency meetings.

High School Diploma or GED - Required

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Preferred

Provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones

State certification as a home health aide.

Certification as a Homemaker – Home Health Aide; or is a long-term care CNA.
