They may also be responsible for providing customer service to patients and resolving any billing issues that may arise. Detailed Job Description A Patient Account Specialist is responsible for managing the financial accounts of patients in a healthcare setting. This includes ensuring that all patient accounts are accurate and up to date, and that all payments are collected in a timely manner. The Patient Account Specialist will also be responsible for providing customer service to patients and resolving any billing issues that may arise. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all patient accounts, and for ensuring that all payments are applied correctly. Job Skills Required
