Overview A Patient Account Resolution Specialist is responsible for resolving patient accounts and ensuring that all financial obligations are met. They are responsible for managing patient accounts, resolving disputes, and providing excellent customer service. They must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers. Detailed Job Description A Patient Account Resolution Specialist is responsible for resolving patient accounts and ensuring that all financial obligations are met.
