Manage inbound and outbound calls (no sales calls) in a call center setting.

Study for and pass national certification exam within 3 months of hire (exam paid for by ReactDx)

3 years of experience in administrative or healthcare with direct customer contact. Call center experience may be applicable.

Familiar with structure, policies, and administrative needs of a medical office setting and have strong organizational skills.

Fluent English, both written and spoken. Second language a plus. Excellent writing skills

Must have strong Microsoft Office Product skills: Word, Excel

Uses data to determine educational needs and program content then develops education plans to close identified knowledge and performance gaps.

2 years Hospital operations, performance improvement, or project management (Preferred)

Develops plan for completing required assessment, including project organization, data requirements, involved parties, resource requirements and timeline

Trains staff and leaders through process assessment and redesign associated with experience strategy

Knowledge of the healthcare industry trends

Knowledge of word processing and spread sheet software, quality improvement concepts, financial and data analysis

Ability to work with a diverse population, manage stressful situations and exhibit excellent customer service skills.

Verify insurance benefits and billing information by terminal and/or telephone. Annotate accounts with insurance coverage and estimated patient shares.

Perform tasks consistent with authorization and billing requirements.

Manage revenue cycle, production logs, balances and collections for self-pay clients.

Backup Receptionist as needed by: Checking in patients, collecting payments, answering phones, scheduling intakes, and data entry.

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years’ prior experience in a medical office setting.

M inimum of six months’ experience as a courier in a hospital setting preferred

SHIFT SCHEDULE: 12 Hour Shifts, Including Alternating Weekends

Coordinates work to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency during the assigned shift.

Correctly stores all contrast media within the department

Maintains patient’s privacy during transport, utilizing sheets/blankets.

High school diploma or equivalent

Consistently demonstrates Guest Relation’s skills to patients, physicians, visitors, employees, and any other individuals with whom they may come in contact.

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)

0-2 years experience in account management, client support, or entry-level sales

Bachelor’s in communications or business management preferred

Attend meetings and training classes to become proficient in products and services offered by our clients

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to overturn objections

Develop business opportunities by using strategic sales tactics, including customer development and relationship building
