Overview The Pastry Lead is responsible for leading the pastry team in the production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and other baked goods. This position requires a creative and organized individual who is able to manage a team and ensure that all products are made to the highest standards. Detailed Job Description The Pastry Lead is responsible for overseeing the production of all pastry items in the kitchen. This includes creating recipes, managing the pastry team, ensuring that all products are made to the highest standards, and ensuring that all safety and sanitation regulations are followed. The Pastry Lead will also be responsible for ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. Job Skills Required
