Overview Parts and Office Coordinator is a position responsible for managing the parts and office supplies inventory, as well as providing administrative support to the organization. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Detailed Job Description The Parts and Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the parts and office supplies inventory, as well as providing administrative support to the organization. This includes ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing parts and office supplies, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory. The Parts and Office Coordinator is also responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, such as filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
