Prior use of Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) database preferred.
Perform a needs assessment to prepare the appropriate case manager for services
Assess qualification for programs and services within Housing, Shelter, and across the agency
Refer clients to the appropriate agency program case manager to continue care
Orient and manage department volunteers alongside the Housing Director as needed
