Overview The Partnership Development Director is responsible for developing and managing relationships with external partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities for the organization. The Partnership Development Director will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify potential partnerships, develop strategies to maximize the value of those partnerships, and ensure that all partnerships are managed effectively. The Partnership Development Director will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and managing relationships with external partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities for the organization.
• Identifying potential partnerships and developing strategies to maximize the value of those partnerships.
• Negotiating and executing partnership agreements.
• Developing and managing a portfolio of existing partnerships.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of partnerships.
• Ensuring that all partnerships are managed effectively.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of existing partnerships.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that partnerships are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Representing the organization at external events and meetings.
