Partner Onboarding Manager Jobs in Texas

Work with your engineers and/or product managers to maintain a prioritized backlog and create short term and long-term goals

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

3+ years of experience managing engineering teams

Experience providing active mentorship and career guidance

Experience architecting, building, and scaling distributed systems

Experience launching consumer facing products and iterating through data-driven experimentation

3+ years of experience in project management or onboarding

Familiarity with CRM and project management tools

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for onboarding

Actively manage client expectations and communicate progress updates to stakeholders

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

5+ years of management experience

3+ years of program management experience

Manage a team of Onboarding Operations & Specialists with a focus on professional development & growth

Identify, improve, and manage metrics on an individual contributor level and team level

Manage client escalations through phone and email

Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize product enhancements to create internal efficiencies and enhance our client's experience.
