Part Time It Support Technician Jobs in Utah

Ability to support hospitality grade systems such as Property Management System, WIFI, Guestroom Entertainment, Phones

1-2 years of experience working with business IT systems

1-2 years of user support experience

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+

Foundational knowledge of computer networking (OSI layers, routing, switching, firewall)

Possess basic IT technician skills: troubleshooting, user support, and understanding of best practices

Ability to report common patterns, questions, and other issues to management and recommend solutions for improving and restructuring company procedures.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Associate degree, Trade Training or 2 years work experience in information systems, computer science, or relevant field.

Experience with software, hardware, telephony, and networks.

Prepare reference material for users by drafting operation instructions.

Resolve tickets representing staff-generated requests or problems and troubleshoot workstation related issues to maintain productivity.
