We are hiring immediately for a part-time LAUNDRY SERVICE position.

Location: Waterbury Hospital - 64 Robbins Street, Waterbury, CT 06708 Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time schedule; 30 hours per week, 6:00am - 2:00pm. More details upon interview!

Starting Pay: $21.18 per hour

Communicates supply needs to Front End Manager

Ability to work hard, outside

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Collects carts from the parking lot

Removes trash from carts prior to returning to cart storage area

Cleans / picks up trash and debris from landscaping around the Store

Strong research, organizational and issue management skills

Strong time management skills and proven success in meeting multiple competing deadlines

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks.

Required Skills, Experience, And Competencies

Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred

Previous experience as a phlebotomist

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.

Answers product-related questions for customers, and offers additional or alternative products and services

Monitors and manages potential front-end shrink

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrate the ability to lift 35 lbs, and manage in excess of 35 lbs

An ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping focused on the Customer

Review, identify, and troubleshoot access, system, and application issue.

Work with onsite business leaders and remote IT management.

Strategize with IT management on new service offerings and opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience and IT certifications

Efficient time management and work prioritization.

End-user user support and ticket management.

Experience working in regulated environments.

Up to $33.30 / hour: Seniority-based pay raises with additional compensation for shift differential and overtime

Two years customer service experience.

Five years experience in a Utility Field Operations is preferred.

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Familiar with CSS System, SAP, EXCEL and Windows.

Successful in passing aptitude and typing test at 30 WPM - required.

Demonstrated ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Ability to perform physical labor and to stand in one place for long periods of time.

Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety standards.
