It Service Engineer (Part-Time)

Position Summary

• Use and maintain the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Configure system for new employees – Windows and MacOS.
• Provide information and support to users on Office 365 - Outlook, Team, and applications.
• Assist with IT-related projects.
• Review, identify, and troubleshoot access, system, and application issue.
• Maintain equipment inventory.

• Self-motivated.
• Proactive and follow-up on open or unclear items.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS and MacOS.
• Eager to learn new skills and experience.

Compensation Package:

• 20 hours per week
• $20 - $25/hr
