Proficiency in computer skills and data entry

Greet and register patients as they enter the emergency department

Verify and update information to ensure accurate patient records

Minimum Educational Requirements HS diploma

Experience working with elementary age children

Monitors behavior of elementary students during lunch periods

Provides assistance to students needing help with carrying or cleaning lunch trays, opening lunch boxes and condiment packets

Provides reports to teachers or administrators as needed

Handles guest complaints concerning housekeeping service or refers problems to management for adjustment

Checks any vacant rooms for condition and possible occupancy, reporting any discrepancies to Management, Front Desk and Maintenance

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities

Insurance (Medical, Dental and Vision)

Makes up morning work assignments to ensure all rooms in the building are properly maintained in accordance with cleanliness standards

Supervises the activities of housekeepers

Consistently demonstrate the ability to work with management to achieve company goals.

Demonstrate willingness to accept direction from supervisors, management and peers to improve quality and performance.

Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to achieve maximum machine performance based on equipment specifications and acquired knowledge of machine operations.

Manages role with an understanding of changing priorities, sense of urgency, execution of results and support for the team.

Scheduling large format print projects with respect to due date, print time, and equipment availability.

Coordinating team to prepare projects on schedule for highest efficiency.

Time management, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Communicates all problems to the next shift manager.

Performs clerical activities to support warehouse leadership, safety coordinators, maintenance shop (or other), such as scanning, data entry, filing, etc.

Must have problem solving skills.

Ability to deal with change and manage conflict.

Conducts first level print diagnostics and problem resolution where possible.
