Conduct a variety of organizational skills including punctuality, organization, and time management.

Execution of IT projects at the direction of the Director of Operations and the IT Manager.

Must be detail oriented and possess excellent follow-through skills.

Developing skills relating to best practices in the IT sectors not limited to cyber security, networking, cabling, enterprise software, and applications.

Inventory and inform the IT manager of supplies needed to maintain operation efficiency.

Demonstrate exceptional skills in customer service and effective communications with guests and employees.

Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated flexibility in addressing a broad spectrum of patient requirements and preferences.

Experience in the Ophthalmic/Optometric/medical industry is a plus but is not required.

Warmly greet incoming patients upon taking them back for pretesting before the exam.

Administrative duties included answering telephones, scheduling patient appointments per doctor preferences, and transcribing messages for return calls and faxes.

Perform pretesting including blood pressure, NCT, color and stereo, and auto perimetry

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills including electric/hydraulic connections, electronics, software, etc.

Learn operation, calibration, and maintenance of modern data collection equipment.

Office-based tasks such as processing, comparing, and analyzing data using proprietary tools, Microsoft Excel, etc.

Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.

Willing and interested to travel, occasionally for weeks at a time.

Establishes positive working relationships with representatives of community organizations, state/local agencies, District management and staff, and the public.

Principles and practices of website maintenance and content management.

Perform technical website maintenance and content management tasks.

Demonstrate strong customer service skills.

This is a 25% limited appointment starting from the date of hire, not to exceed 1000 hours.
