Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Knowledge of vendor sites and workflow

Act as back-up for Occupational Health Services Manager, as required

Ability to accurately perform data entry tasks, multitask and prepare routine administrative paperwork

Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures and ability to build relationships

Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office software

A knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent.

What are the Pay & Benefits?:

Hourly Pay Rate: at least $15.60 hourly depending on location (tenure increases starting as early as 6 months)

Excellent communications skills including written, verbal, public speaking, and presentation skills.

Experience in school health office setting preferred.

Experience in a Catholic school health office setting highly preferred.
