Customer Requirements: work with Team Leader in identifying and communicating customer requirements. Develop PCPs to insure customer requirements are met.

Government Regulations: be knowledgeable of various government regulations that must be complied with, i.e. OSHA, USDA, FDA, EPA, EEOC, OFCCP, etc.

Administration: administer various company, plant or department processes in certification programs, pay systems, assessment/feedback processes, etc.

Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Engineering, Finance, or Supply Chain.

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role

Proven leadership experience in a team environment

Responsible for balancing daily receipts, records, banking deposits, master finance logs, paperwork, financial dialog, and correspondence with administration banking institution.

Recruit, selects, trains, supervises, coaches, and evaluates seasonal and temporary staff.

Develops and implements goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards for seasonal staff and facility operation.

Ensures that all facility buildings, equipment, and grounds are properly maintained and safe for the use by the public.

Works under a higher classified employee and maintenance personnel to schedule necessary work to maintain mechanical/special systems and equipment.

Coordinates inspections of all systems and equipment and assists with decisions of cost effective repair replacement.
