Scheduling over 30 drivers and conducting daily roll call to confirm their attendance for assigned routes that evening.

Using Google Sheets to check off route confirmations and pre-trip inspections from our driver fleet.

Communicating with in-house operation's staff about freight details and special handling requests.

Accommodating route changes as needed.

Understanding transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.

Reviewing drivers’ manifest for accuracy and arrival times.

Third Shift ( 10:00pm to 04:00am )

Receiving shipments and assisting driver unload trucks

Moving product into retail store located inside malls

Unloading boxes and staging them in store in correct departments

Loading returns or damaged product onto trucks

Must be able to lift, push and pull 50-80lbs on a nightly basis for entire shift

Monitors payroll (when designated by management) for missed punches, errors, edits, etc.

Perform additional duties as required by Management and/or business demands.

One to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and training.

Direct Supervisor of the Front Office department, under the direction of Director of Hospitality and Rooms Operations Manager

Familiar with the budget process, as it relates to daily operations and monthly finance expectations.

Responsible for insuring & conducting daily line-ups (as scheduled) with department supervisors/managers.

Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.

Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.

Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.

Handle all front desk related activities including:

Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.

Check members into the system.

Two years of experience as a social worker in a group home or STRTP

Google suites; Microsoft Office; general keyboarding skills

Manage the day-to-day operation of the ORR when the Administrator is not on campus.

In collaboration with Unit Manager and Activities Coordinator, oversee the planned activities required to be available to children.

Lifting 50 lbs. frequently (buddy system)

Stand and/or Walk continuously, with the exception of a break and lunch period

Operate Stand-up Reach Lifts and Man-Up Order Picker to a height of 24 feet (Training is available)

MUST BE ABLE TO BADGE AT MERCEDES

Previous overnight warehouse/distribution center experience preferred

Knowledge of barcoding, scanning, labels, etc.

Starting pay at $17.25 per hour

Full time - 40 hours/week, plus overtime hours available based on business demand
