Outpatient Rehab Office Assistant Job Description The Outpatient Rehab Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the outpatient rehabilitation department. This includes scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing general customer service. The Outpatient Rehab Office Assistant must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Skills Required

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
