Keep track of client preferences, rates per mile, total gross for the week, and customer satisfaction to improve performance

Work flexibly and efficiently, adjusting workloads as necessary to avoid heavy workloads on some days

Rapid and accurate typing with experience in data entry

Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking abilities

Track and monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and according to customer requirements.

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

2+ years of experience as a DISPATCHER (either CDL or NON-CDL)

MUST HAVE experience dispatching Dry Vans, Flatbeds, Reefers, Hotshots, Power Only, etc.
