Detailed Job Description of Organizational Change Management Organizational Change Management professionals are responsible for leading and managing the people side of change within an organization. This includes developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. OCM professionals work with stakeholders to identify and manage anticipated resistance, and to develop and execute action plans for successful change. They also provide change management assessments, define requirements for change, and support the design, development, and delivery of change management initiatives.
