Job Description

Bring your organizational change knowledge to Aristocrat to support our mission of Bringing Joy to Life through the Power of Play. As an Organizational Change Practitioner, you’ll be responsible for developing change plans that are aligned to Aristocrat’s Change Enablement Framework and leads effective implementation of change initiatives by ensuring stakeholder buy-in, employee adoption, and overall organizational readiness.


Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll play a key role in ensuring organizational initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. The successful candidate will have previous working experience on the people-side of change to prepare, support, and equip people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures.


What You’ll Do

Serve as a champion for change across the organization in alignment with Aristocrat’s Change Enablement Framework.

  • Provide local, hands-on support for change implementation tactics.
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan.
  • Continuously evaluate, refine, and implement change plans from feedback received to maximize user adoption and minimize overall risk such that business results are achieved.
  • Track and report issues related to the people-side of change.
  • Create localized change implementation plans in line with the overarching change strategy and Change Enablement Framework to support adoption of the change required by an initiative to include communication, training, stakeholder engagement, resistance management and risk management, and adoption plans.
  • Collaborate on a cross-functional change champion team to ensure change activities are planned, completed, and tracked as a part of end-to-end program planning.
  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders as well as impacted audiences.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare change risk mitigation tactics.


This is a contract position at Aristocrat. As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by a staffing/agency partner and not an employee of Aristocrat. All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the Aristocrat assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, our staffing/agency partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details, including duration, benefits options, and onboarding details.

Must-Have

  • Experience driving change for complex initiatives, developing change plans, and executing them successfully.
  • Eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and passion for customer/employee experience, operational excellence, and continuous development.
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with demonstrated negotiation skills and influencing positive outcomes.
  • Hold one or more of the following change enablement (management) certifications: PCI, Prosci, Kotter, LaMarsh)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management, and executives; passionate about solving problems and bringing others along the way.
  • 4+ years in organizational change management with experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, preferably within the technology, media, or telecommunications sectors.
  • Working knowledge of change risk identification and mitigation.
  • Experience in workshop facilitation and presentation to include experience developing, planning, and delivering training sessions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and delegate responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of project management delivery.
  • Experience developing communication, training, and coaching.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.


Nice to Have

  • Preferred experience with HR-related change initiatives such as Shared Services operating model, employee experience, HR self-service, and HR technology change.
  • Experience working with global teams and implementing change globally.
