Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
Support Executive Leadership in identifying requirements, challenges, and associated solutions for large-scale organizational change
Possesses excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Has experience with MS Office or Google Suite applications to include word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation functions
Support planning and execution of strategic organizational change initiatives to ensure business continuity and minimize negative impact to operations and personnel
Plan and conduct stakeholder facilitation sessions to identify motivations and risks, assess barriers and impacts, and resolve conflicts

It is a holistic approach that focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. OCM helps ensure that the desired outcomes of a change initiative are achieved, and that the people affected by the change are supported throughout the transition. Detailed Job Description of Organizational Change Management Organizational Change Management professionals are responsible for leading and managing the people side of change within an organization. This includes developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. OCM professionals work with stakeholders to identify and manage anticipated resistance, and to develop and execute action plans for successful change. They also provide change management assessments, define requirements for change, and support the design, development, and delivery of change management initiatives.
