5 years of change management experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

Provides change management leadership, direction and guidance to individuals impacted by the change, project management team, leaders and executive sponsors.

Creates actionable deliverables for the key change management levers, including sponsorship, coaching and resistance management.

Participates with the Director of Change Management in the creation of change management strategies for projects.

Experience with HCM Workday implementations or other large-scale organizational change preferred
