Organizational Change Management Associate Jobs in Maryland

5-10 years of experience in organizational change management and training, with a focus on designing and delivering training programs.

Utilizes extensive knowledge of contemporary computer systems and technology.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.

In-depth knowledge of schedule creation and maintenance using MS Project 2013 or later and Project Web Application.

Visual Basic Application experience building reports, user interfaces and application/data interfaces. Understanding of MS Project reporting and data export functions.
