JCS Solutions is currently seeking an Organizational Change Manager and Training Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience working with or for federal agencies as a training specialist to support the planning and execution of training in addition to the creation and maintenance of all supporting documentation. Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of a high-performance team responsible for supporting our federal client. - Develop internal and external integrated marketing and communications plans, manage their tactical implementation, and measure and report on the results of communications activities.
- Communicates best practices and practical usage of various systems and technological concepts.
- Proactively develop training content, materials, guides, FAQs.
- Utilizes extensive knowledge of contemporary computer systems and technology.
- Identification and execution of appropriate post training evaluations for effectiveness and lessons learned for continuous improvement of training program.
- Prepares, organizes and heads training sessions covering standard training, specialized training or counseling in designated areas.
- Develops teaching outlines and determines instructional methods, using knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, workshops or computer assisted training.
- Able to efficiently work independently and in a team as the situation requires.
- Due to the nature of the government contracts we support, US Citizenship is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Visual Basic Application experience building reports, user interfaces and application/data interfaces. Understanding of MS Project reporting and data export functions.
- In-depth knowledge of schedule creation and maintenance using MS Project 2013 or later and Project Web Application.
- 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management and training, with a focus on designing and delivering training programs.
- Able to create presentations using Powerpoint.
- Able to create dashboard reporting integrating data from multiple sources.
- Able to troubleshoot end-user issues with MS Project and Project Web Application.
- Ability to extract data from multiple sources and create ad-hoc reports from MS Project.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Understands server configuration requirements of MS Project Enterprise and recommends configuration for optimum performance.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Minimum two years’ experience using MS Project 2013.
