Experience with one of the following core Account Processing Systems (Fiserv systems highly preferred):

Strong experience in a client facing/services related role dealing with internal and external clients.

Strong troubleshooting skills & written and verbal communication skills

Hands on experience in Fiserv Premier (Account Processing System)

Experience in a product implementation environment

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in directly related responsibilities.

Experience with decision support, financial reporting, and dashboards.

Experience working with SSRS and Pivots/Cubes in Excel.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment.

Excellent attention to detail and complex problem-solving capabilities.

Senior level experience in fulfillment, operations management, or related areas. 4 years supervisory experience.

Strong data skills and modeling in google sheets and excel, SQL experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Logistics Supply Chain, Finance and/or experience in related fields

Excellent strategic agility, analytical, problem-solving skills with ability to work seamlessly between strategic and tactical

Start up experience with a successful exit is a bonus

MBA or Masters in Finance/Accounting preferred

Experience with payroll, working knowledge of payroll & tax concepts

Monitor and manage team performance against key performance metrics

Lead and coach a high-caliber team of front-line managers

Collaborate closely with Implementation and CX leadership to improve the customer experience and internal processes

10+ years of professional experience leading a technical team within a fast-paced environment, startup, or SaaS organization

Experience directly hiring and managing a distributed team

Assist with Carrier onboarding management through timely communications and follow ups.

You have excellent listening, oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and can prioritize tasks and self-manage.

Perform the necessary analyses and consultations to identify and quantify business issues, solution requirements and opportunities for clients.

Assist in the development of project scope and structure and help manage against the project timelines.

Manage client set-ups and configurations within the myShipINFO platform.

Manage carrier setups and configurations within the MyShipINFO platform.
